|Many of us might be spending a lot more time home with ourselves these days. Is that “home” a place that you feel happy in? Does coming “home” to yourself make you feel comfort and peace? Or, is there a lot of static that comes from anxious thoughts and worries in these unusual times?
Join us at noon on Mondays and Fridays at noon for 15 mins. This is a practice that includes meditation and other contemplative practices with the aim of making that “home with ourselves” space a place of peace and clarity. Make it a regular part of your weekly self care.
