Yoga for Peace: Free Session in Sydney

“Only if individuals become peaceful, the world will be peaceful” – Sadhguru

Searching for peace?

Well, you can put your quest to ease and take charge! Here’s a way to create a chemistry of peace within you. Start by spending a few minutes a day, untangling yourself from the things that bind you, and you’ll see peace is here and now.

Sadhguru Explains, Peace is not the ultimate goal of life, it is the most fundamental requirement. If you hold it as ultimate goal in life, you will only rest in peace. Do not make a natural aspect of your life into something Esoteric. Creating a chemistry of peacefulness is your responsibility. There are methods to create a chemistry of peace within yourself. If you willing to invest a few minutes a day for your inner wellbeing, Being peaceful will be natural.

📣This session includes

🔸An insightful talk by Sadhguru, where he explains a way to create a chemistry of peace within you by untangling yourself from the things that bind you

🔸Simple yet powerful practices to cleanse the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing

🔸A guided meditation which uses the power of the mind to manifest peace in your life known as Chit Shakti. Everything that human beings have created on this planet was essentially first created in our minds. So how we organize and focus our minds will decide the direction our life flows. This is a rare offering from Sadhguru, that enables each one of us to become our own alchemist, that empowers us to transform long cherished desires into reality

🔸The workshops are open to all over 7 years of age and do not require any fitness level or previous exposure to yoga

🔸The practices taught can be done anywhere between 5 to 21 minutes.
