Untitled Poem

Wind blowing
Trees moving windward
Traffic lights changing
Cars moving, people walking the hallway
Everybody seems visible
But questioning within their minds
What the next person walking might be thinking of them

Isn’t it selfish
But I wonder whose worst
Is it the woman across the street or the shadow behind
Mesmerising nature’s beauty and wondering if one day she would be seen and Distinct from the shadow

Perhaps yes
Yes to the fact that her shadow is a perception of her but not her true identity.

Hence,
Selfish not for as freedom blows, you will have to be alive and fight for every breath or die as he who didn’t have the bravery to shy not away from selflessness and embrace humanity
