Q and A with skuws skater, Mars, by Naomi Hastings:

When did you start skating?

I started skating at 12, when I got a board for my birthday

What’s your favourite thing to skate?

Probably ramps and rails.

Where do you like to skate?

My local skatepark, Macquarie Fields.

Which skater inspires you?

Elijah Berle gets me hyped – he can skate anything.

Any advice for anyone just beginning to skate?

Don’t be afraid to try something because you will fall – it hurts less than you think it will, anyway.
